City Church regards the protection and safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults as a priority. In the interests of the safety and well-being of all, City Church has developed and operates a formal Safeguarding Policy. This process includes DBS checks for all children and youth ministry volunteers.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints, comments & positive feedback are welcomed. Feedback helps us understand our strengths and identify areas for improvement. Please share what happened so we can address the issue promptly and prevent it from recurring.
Complaints will be acknowledged by the trustees or a member of the staff strategic team within two weeks of being received and will include details of who is dealing with the complaint and when the complainant can expect to have a response. Our complaints handling policy will also be made available.
Complaints can be made in writing by contacting the Operations Manager or by contacting one of our elders or trustees.
